We will exchange or refund any item(s) you are not happy with as long as the goods and packaging are returned in original condition within 14 days of receipt.

If an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

To exchange item(s), please email sales@kpcyarn.com.au for our return address and we will arrange the exchange item(s) accordingly.

To refund item(s), if returned in original condition, we will refund the purchase amount minus the shipping fee to the same credit card used at the time of purchase. Shipping charges for items sent with Free Shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To return an item, please email us at sales@kpcyarn.com.au. When returning items, please keep proof of postage. Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. Any agreed refund will be made to the card on which you made the purchase within 30 days.

Sale and clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
