Amend or cancel order

Should you wish to change or cancel your Order, please contact us at as soon as possible.

If the item(s) have already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns procedure mentioned on the returns and refunds page.

Promotion Codes

Promotional codes cannot be used on already reduced items. This includes items reduced during a sale period or birthday month, and includes reduced yarns and kits. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
