Shipping within Australia

All of our orders are shipped with tracking. You must provide accurate address details in a format which is recognised by Australia Post and a current mobile phone number, and any instructions or authorisations which you provide in connection with delivery (together, all called ‘delivery information’) must be accurate.

Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website.

We are responsible for, and bear the risk of, damage or loss to your orders while in transit, up to the point where Australia Post delivers an order to the location specified by the delivery information. If there is an error in the delivery information which you provide, then you are responsible for the consequences of that error, including any damage or loss to your orders arising from that error. Once Australia Post delivers an order to the location specified by the delivery information, the order is at your risk. You bear the risk that the order may be stolen from the location specified by the delivery information, or damaged (for example, by weather) after delivery to the location specified by the delivery information.

If you would like to take extra precautions, then signature on delivery and insurance can be added upon request, for additional charges. Please contact hello@kpcyarn.com.au if you wish to have insurance added.

You must provide accurate address details in a format which is recognised by International Registered Post and a current mobile phone number, and any instructions or authorisations which you provide in connection with delivery (together, all called ‘delivery information’) must be accurate.

We are responsible for, and bear the risk of, damage or loss to your orders while in transit, up to the point where the carrier delivers an order to the location specified by the delivery information. If there is an error in the delivery information which you provide, then you are responsible for the consequences of that error, including any damage or loss to your orders arising from that error. Once the carrier delivers an order to the location specified by the delivery information, the order is at your risk. Prices do not include overseas custom duties or taxes that may be incurred – any such duties, taxes or related charges and declarations in connection with them are your responsibility.
